Use this page for questions about the information on this site, corrections, or suggestions for what we should cover. For anything to do with an actual booking, a barrier, a refund or a shuttle, contact the car park operator, who holds your reservation.

How to reach us

Send a message through the enquiry form

Send your message through the enquiry form on this page, and include the page you are asking about. We read everything, though replies can take a few days during busy travel periods. If your question is about a booking, please contact the operator first; we will not be able to help with it and we do not want to delay you.

We cannot check availability, change a booking, arrange a refund or intervene with an operator. For those issues, contact the car park operator named in your confirmation email.

What we can help with — and what we cannot

We can help with

We can clarify anything written on this site: how a parking category works, what a term means, or why we described an option a certain way. We can also take corrections if a detail has changed. Knowing which of those you need saves everyone time.

We cannot help with

We cannot check availability, change a booking, arrange a refund or intervene with an operator. Barrier problems, booking changes, refunds, lost tickets, shuttle delays and vehicle damage all belong with the car park operator or booking provider — they have the reservation and the authority to act on it.

What to contact the operator about

Barrier problems, booking changes, refunds, lost tickets, shuttle delays and vehicle damage all belong with the car park operator or booking provider. They have the reservation and the authority. If you are unsure which operator you booked with, check your confirmation email, which will name the provider and include a contact number. Keep that number saved while you travel.

Barrier and entry problems

If a boom gate will not lift, a ticket will not scan, or the entry system does not recognise your booking, the operator's staff can resolve it from their side. We have no access to their systems.

Booking changes

Amending dates, vehicle details, adding extra days, or transferring a reservation to a different car park all go through the operator or booking provider you paid.

Refunds and charges

Refund requests, double charges, or billing disputes sit with the provider that took the payment. Have your confirmation number ready when you call them.

Lost tickets

If you misplace an entry ticket or cannot find your booking reference at the exit, the operator can look up your reservation and issue a replacement or override the gate.

Shuttle delays

If a courtesy bus is running late, not showing up, or you missed the last service, the operator dispatches those buses and can tell you the current schedule or send one.

Vehicle damage

Damage claims or incidents in a car park are handled by the operator on site. Report it to their office before you leave the precinct and follow their claims process.

Corrections and updates

If you find something inaccurate, tell us the page and the specific detail. We will check it against the provider's published information and update or remove it. The most useful corrections are about procedures and limits that have changed, such as shuttle hours or height restrictions. We would rather fix a mistake than leave it up.

Melbourne Airport parking details shift often — operators adjust rates, shuttle schedules change with flight demand, and height clearance limits sometimes get revised after maintenance work. When you spot something that no longer matches what you experienced on site, that feedback helps keep the guide reliable for the next traveller reading it.

Before you write

Check the FAQ and the booking guide first. Most questions about shuttles, height limits, arrival timing and pre-booking are answered there. If yours is not, tell us what you were looking for and where you expected to find it. That helps us improve the guide as much as it helps you.
